Orders

1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order easily through our website.
Add your desired items to the shopping cart, go to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still make changes or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@jolienic.com with your order number.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be modified, but you can return it within 14 days.

3. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still cannot find the email, contact us with your full name and order number.

Shipping & Delivery

4. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same day, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next business day.

5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days.
International shipping within Europe takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.

6. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €70 within the Netherlands.
Orders under €70 have a flat rate of €4.95.
International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

7. How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. How do I return an item?
Complete the return form on our website, include it in your parcel, and send your return to:
JolieNi Returns, Cypresbaan 7–9, 2908 LT Capelle aan den IJssel, The Netherlands.

10. Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked delivery method.

11. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

12. Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
You can return your item and place a new order for the correct size or color.

Payments

13. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, EPS, CBC, and TBC.
All transactions are processed securely.

14. My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?
If the payment failed but you received no confirmation, please wait a few minutes and try again.
Do not place multiple orders before checking if payment was completed.

Products & Stock

15. Are the items true to size?
Most of our items fit true to size. If an item runs smaller or larger, it will be mentioned in the product description.

16. The product I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Some popular items are restocked, but not all.
You can sign up for our restock notifications or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Account & Newsletter

17. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to view order history, manage addresses, and track future orders easily.

18. How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe by entering your email address in the newsletter box at the bottom of our website.
You’ll receive updates about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.

19. How can I unsubscribe?
Simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
