At JolieNi, we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet all of the following requirements:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels are still attached.
• The return form (available on our website) is completed and included with your package.
• The return is made within 14 days from the date you received your order.
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Return Your Order
1. Download the return form from our website and fill in the required details.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
3. Include your completed return form in the parcel.
4. Send your package to the return address below:

Please note: This is not a visiting address. Returns are only accepted by post.
5. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of postage until your return has been processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not covered by JolieNi.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s).
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your return.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock availability.
If you would like a different size or color, please:
1. Return your original item as described above.
2. Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures your new item will not sell out while your return is being processed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jolienic.com.
2. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution — either a replacement or a full refund.
7. Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipping confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still return it within the return period as described above.
