At JolieNi, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and costs.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same day (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 16:00 or on Sundays/public holidays are shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number to follow your parcel.
We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Costs
• Free shipping on all orders above €70 (within the Netherlands).
• For orders below €70, a standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
• International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times
• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
• Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or sale periods.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted delivery partners such as DHL, PostNL, and GLS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Pick-Up Option
You can also pick up your order at our location by appointment.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected European countries.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us — we’ll gladly check if shipping can be arranged.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier issues, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us so we can help track your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@jolienic.com.
Include your order number and tracking information — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes pre-order or temporarily out-of-stock items, these will be shipped as soon as they become available.
You’ll be notified by email if your order is split into multiple shipments.
