1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.jolienic.com, operated by JolieNi, registered at KvK 56958684, VAT number NL002300875B49, located at Cypresbaan 7-9, 2908 LT Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands (return address only, not a visiting address).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

• Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same day.
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
• JolieNi reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment issues or errors occur.

3. Payment

We accept the following secure payment methods:
iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, EPS, CBC, and TBC.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

4. Shipping

• Orders above €70 qualify for free shipping.
• Standard shipping costs €4.95 for orders below €70.
• We ship within the Netherlands and selected EU countries.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

5. Returns

You may return your order within 10 days of receipt, provided that:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• The return form (available on our website) is completed and included in your package.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Sale items cannot be returned.

Upon receiving your return, we will send a confirmation email.
Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase.

8. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Product Information

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings. JolieNi cannot be held responsible for such differences.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is used solely for order processing and customer service purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

11. Liability

JolieNi is not liable for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Damage due to incorrect use or care of items.
• Typographical errors or pricing mistakes on the website.
